All property listings, images, descriptions, and details are provided by independent users, brokers, or property owners. Sky24 does not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of such content.
Users who post listings are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Any false, fraudulent, or misleading listings may result in removal or account suspension.
Users must independently verify all property details, ownership documents, approvals, and credentials before entering into any agreement or making any payment. Sky24 strongly advises users to exercise due diligence.
Users agree not to post or engage in:
• Fake, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Illegal or unauthorized property advertisements
• Misrepresentation of ownership or authority
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, fraud, dispute, or claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform, including reliance on any listing or interaction with any user.
Sky24 provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or availability of listings.
Sky24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or remove any listing at its sole discretion, without prior notice, especially in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or misuse of the platform.
Sky24 reserves the right to introduce paid services, premium listings, advertisements, or subscription models at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes shall constitute acceptance of updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your operating region.
